Leave a gap of 2.5 at least a cm between the cling film and the food and heat the food to a temperature that does not exceed 110 degrees Celsius. Make sure that the heating time in the microwave does not exceed 2 minutes. Do not use to heat food containing fats, oils or a high amount of sugar for fear that it will overheat Do not use ovens, grills, toaster ovens and microwaves cut inside the sheet.
